Job Description

Job Summary:

To design, develop, and deliver engaging soft skills training programs that enhance employee communication, leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. The role also involves creating high-quality training content and maintaining accurate reports on training effectiveness and participation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive soft skills training sessions (e.g., communication, emotional intelligence, time management, conflict resolution, leadership).
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and blended learning programs tailored to organizational needs.
  • Assess participant learning and provide constructive feedback.
  • Design and develop training materials, presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.
  • Ensure content is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Customize training content for different roles and levels within the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Certification in Training & Development or Instructional Design (preferred).
  • Proven experience in soft skills training and content creation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Analytical skills for reporting and data interpretation.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Certified trainer or Train-the-Trainer certification.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
