Job Summary:
To design, develop, and deliver engaging soft skills training programs that enhance employee communication, leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. The role also involves creating high-quality training content and maintaining accurate reports on training effectiveness and participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive soft skills training sessions (e.g., communication, emotional intelligence, time management, conflict resolution, leadership).
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and blended learning programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Assess participant learning and provide constructive feedback.
- Design and develop training materials, presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.
- Ensure content is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Customize training content for different roles and levels within the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certification in Training & Development or Instructional Design (preferred).
- Proven experience in soft skills training and content creation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Analytical skills for reporting and data interpretation.
Preferred Attributes:
- Certified trainer or Train-the-Trainer certification.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
