Job Title: Soft Services Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Manager with strong expertise in facilities management across master communities. The role involves overseeing soft services operations, ensuring high service standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee soft services operations including housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, pest control, and landscaping
- Ensure delivery of services in line with SLA/KPI requirements and client expectations
- Supervise and manage service providers and vendor performance
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, SOPs, and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality and compliance
- Manage budgets, cost control, and resource planning for soft services operations
- Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to address service requirements and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Prepare reports, performance analysis, and continuous improvement plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Professional certifications such as IFMA / BICSc preferred
- Proven experience in Facilities Management within master communities
- Prior experience in roles such as Assistant Soft Services Manager or similar
- Strong knowledge of soft services operations and best practices
