The Soft Services Section Head will lead and manage all aspects of soft services operations within our organization, ensuring high standards of service delivery in areas such as cleaning, security, and facility management. RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee the management of soft services, including cleaning, security, and waste management.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of soft service delivery.
- Monitor service performance metrics and ensure compliance with industry standards and policies.
- Manage a team of soft service staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management or a related area in the construction industry.
