We are looking for a highly motivated Software BDR to support our Australian market by selling an innovative AI Receptionist solution. The role focuses heavily on cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline building within the hospitality and service industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the Australian market.
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Present and explain the AI Receptionist solution clearly and confidently.
- Identify client needs and schedule product demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in CRM (HubSpot preferred).
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Stay updated on product features, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills (Australian market exposure is a plus).
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation (mandatory).
- Previous experience in software, SaaS, or tech sales preferred.
- Experience using HubSpot CRM is a strong advantage.
- Target-driven, resilient, and confident in handling objections.
- Ability to work night shifts (12:00 AM 9:00 AM).
