Job Description

Amjaad Technology specialized in Software Development, IoT, Smart Utilities, and Digital Transformation is looking for an experienced Software Delivery Manager to join our team.
Location: Maadi, Cairo
Work Mode: On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage the client journey step by step, from initial requirements gathering through delivery and post-delivery support.
- Gather, understand, document, and communicate client requirements with the relevant internal teams.
- Coordinate with Software, Project Management, Technical Support, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
- Develop and follow up on project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules with the concerned teams.
- Ensure deliverables are completed and delivered to the client according to the agreed timeline.
- Conduct and coordinate client onboarding, ensuring the client understands the solution, processes, and required steps.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on project progress, deliverables, and any potential delays or issues.
- Coordinate with the After-Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from delivery to ongoing support.
- Follow up on technical issues after delivery and coordinate with the Technical Support team to ensure timely resolution.
- Handle client concerns, requests, and escalations while maintaining a professional and customer-focused relationship.
- Ensure proper documentation and handover throughout the project and post-delivery stages.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improving the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Software Delivery, Project Management, Implementation, Customer Success, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software implementation and delivery processes.
- Experience in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of software projects, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and technical support processes.
- Strong project coordination and timeline management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong ownership and follow-up skills.
