Job Purpose
The role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving all in-house.NET applications and services. The candidate will manage and enhance the company's intranet portal, build and support integrations using .NET technologies, and contribute to microservices development. The role also includes front-end work using JavaScript, SharePoint customization and administration, and mobile application design. The goal is to deliver stable, secure, and scalable solutions that support daily business operations and future growth.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance all internal .NET applications to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
- Design and manage the organization's intranet portal, including new features, UI updates, and performance improvements.
- Build and support system integrations using .NET frameworks, APIs, and web services.
- Develop and maintain microservices to improve scalability, performance, and modularity of internal systems.
- Handle front-end requirements using JavaScript, ensuring clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Customize, configure, and support SharePoint solutions, including workflows, sites, and document management.
- Design and support mobile application interfaces and workflows, ensuring usability and consistency with backend services.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes to maintain high system availability.
- Collaborate with IT, business teams, and external partners to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation for applications, integrations, and system processes.
- Ensure all solutions follow security standards, best practices, and organizational policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending new technologies, tools, and development approaches.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
- Experience with JavaScript, microservices, and system integrations.
- Practical experience in SharePoint customization and administration.
- Background in intranet portal development and support.
- Exposure to mobile application design.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, version control, and coding best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
