Software Development Manager

Our client, a fast-growing AI startup, is hiring a Software Development Manager (AI / Cloud) to lead a global engineering team and drive the delivery of cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions.

This is a fully remote, high-impact role working closely with senior leadership to shape the technical direction of the business.

What you'll own:

• Leading and mentoring a distributed engineering team
• End-to-end delivery of scalable, high-performance systems
• Driving engineering standards, architecture, and best practices
• Working across cloud infrastructure and AI-driven products

Must-haves:

• 7+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in leadership
• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET and Python
• Solid background in cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
• Exposure to AI / machine learning (LLMs is a strong plus)
• Arabic-speaking is required
