Job Description

Electrical Asset Performance Management (EAPM) Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and develop EAPM software solutions for electrical utility customers.
  • Design and develop analytics for asset condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
  • Create reports and dashboards for data science and asset performance projects.
  • Develop interfaces with third-party systems such as EAM, CMMS, and WFM platforms.
  • Design, develop, and execute functional and integration testing activities.
  • Support the implementation of maintenance strategies including corrective, predictive, reliability-centered, and risk-based maintenance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of electrical grid assets, maintenance models, and utility operations.

Preferred Experience

  • Software development and configuration experience in:
  • SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)
  • GIS (Geospatial Information Systems)
  • EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) systems
  • Knowledge of electrical grid operations and maintenance practices.

  • TensorFlow
  • Jupyter Notebooks or similar analytics platforms

Methodologies

  • Scrum

Additional Advantage

  • ITIL v2/v3 knowledge and/or certification.

Travel Requirements

✈️ Flexibility to travel and work on offshore assignments in Spain or India for 1–3 months is mandatory.
