Software Engineer (AI & Microsoft Copilot Platform)

We're hiring a Software Engineer (AI & Microsoft Copilot Platform) to help build secure, scalable enterprise AI assistants and automations.

What you'll work on:

• Build & configure enterprise copilots (topics, actions, connectors, prompts) • Design agentic workflows with proper guardrails, logging & approvals

• Integrate with Microsoft 365 + Power Platform (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Dataverse)

• Support SDLC across design, build, test, release & operations

• Contribute to platform governance, ALM, documentation & audits

• Troubleshoot issues and improve reusable components & templates

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in CS, IS, Software Engineering or equivalent

• 3–5 years software engineering experience

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform

• Strong fundamentals in software development (APIs, testing, secure coding)

• Comfortable with AI‑assisted development & learning new tools quickly

Nice to have:

• Exposure to Azure OpenAI / LLM apps

• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, ALM

• Basic programming (Golang, JavaScript/TypeScript)

• Understanding of REST APIs, identity concepts, secure development

• Familiarity with logging/monitoring & incident/problem management
