Software Engineer

Company background:

Arvo is building the Robinhood of real estate a regulated platform that lets anyone invest in tokenized, income-producing properties. The company has DFSA approval, 2,500+ users on the waitlist, and $10M+ in committed property listings.

We're looking for a Senior Java Backend Engineer to join the founding team and take full ownership of backend systems.

What you'll work on:

- Core backend for real-estate tokenization

- Architecture, integrations, and internal services

- Payments, transactions, user onboarding

- Shaping engineering culture and best practices

Tech stack:

- Java

- PostgreSQL

- Kubernetes

Requirements:

- 3+ years of software engineering experience

- Ability to work independently and own features end-to-end

- Fintech experience is a plus

- Conversational English
