Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
u2022 Executes data analysis tasks with precision and efficiency, applying advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights and support business decision-making processes, working under close supervision.
u2022 Implements AI solutions and data processing pipelines according to technical specifications and design requirements, ensuring the robustness, scalability, and performance of deployed systems.
u2022 Handles and optimizes complex data workflows, including data ingestion, transformation, and storage, to ensure the integrity, quality, and reliability of data assets used in AI and analytics initiatives.
u2022 Coordinates implementation efforts with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project activities, timelines, and deliverables to achieve project objectives and milestones.
u2022 Tracks the performance and health of AI models, data processing pipelines, and infrastructure components, proactively identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and stability issues as they arise.
u2022 Handles data governance and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, data privacy policies, and security protocols in the handling and processing of sensitive information.
u2022 Documents technical solutions, implementation procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and future maintenance activities within the team.
u2022 Interacts with business stakeholders, product owners, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of AI projects aligned with business objectives.
u2022 Ensures smooth deployment and integration of AI solutions into production environments, coordinating with IT operations teams to manage deployment processes, configuration changes, and software updates.
u2022 Identifies opportunities for process improvement and automation within the AI engineering practice, implementing tools, and workflows to streamline development, testing, and deployment activities and enhance team productivity.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

u00B7 BE, BTech or MTech in Computer Science/Engineering, Information technology or equivalent

u00B7 3+ years in software development/engineering including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution.

u00B7 Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, and documentation with high-quality outcomes.

u00B7 Thrives in an agile, entrepreneurial, start-upu2013like environment with strong ownership, learning mindset and the drive to rapidly iterate, validate and deliver customer centric solutions.

u00B7 The individual must be able to communicate directions and provide guidance to engineers in the team, as required.

u00B7 Experience building scalable, cloud native data warehouse and relative tools for viewing and uploading/downloading data

u00B7 Strong proficiency in technology stacks for full stack development u2013 C++, Python, Web (javascript/typescript, CSS, HTML), Microservices, Databases (mongoDB or similar)

u00B7 Hands-on experience in database design, implementation, tuning and migration

u00B7 Experience in working on Amazon web services (AWS) is a must have.

u00B7 Experience with GitHub or Azure Dev Ops is desired

u00B7 Experience in automation test frameworks like Cucumber/Selenium, Junit or equivalent is added advantage.

u00B7 Experience in developing low latency high data throughput applications is a must have

u00B7 Experience working on CI/CD pipelines is added advantage.

u00B7 Strong knowledge of all phases of the software development lifecycle

u00B7 Ability to analyze and solve complex problems. Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges

u00B7 Ability to identify key technical risks and develop mitigation and recovery plan

u00B7 Ability to mentor the team technically

u00B7 Ability to innovate and foster innovation

u00B7 Extremely good communication and presentation skills

u00B7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface in a cross-disciplinary manner, including engineers, product managers, and clinical specialists

u00B7 Self-motivated individual with good organizational and time management skills

u00B7 Familiarity with medical devices and/or working in a regulated environment a plus

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
