About the role
JoinApplabto build and ship features on production web applications.You'llwork as a full-stack developer,React frontend and Node.js backend,with regular supervision but significant ownership of your work. This is a hands-on role whereyou'llcontribute real code to real projects.
Whatyou'lldo
- Buildfrontendfeaturesin React/TypeScript and backend APIs in Node.js/Express.
- Work with database flows, specifically PostgreSQL, authentication, and Azure cloud services.
- Ship end-to-end features, including writing tests and fixing bugs.
- Deploy codethrough CI/CD pipelines andparticipatein code reviews.
- Communicateprogress and blockers; work independently with regular check-ins.
Whatwe'relooking for
- Location:Based in Qatar and eligible to work locally as an intern.
- Tech Stack:Full-stack capable: React/TypeScript + Node.js; Next.js experience is a plus.
- Database Skills:Comfortable with databases (SQL/PostgreSQL) and REST API development.
- Workflow:Familiar with Git workflows and able to work from requirements with minimalhand-holding.
- Soft Skills:Self-motivated,communicatesclearly, andasksfor help when needed.
Nice to have
- Experiencedeploying tocloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).
- Exposure toauthentication patterns (JWT, OAuth) and secure coding basics.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright) or CI/CD pipelines.
