Pints AI builds agentic AI systems for institutions that can't treat AI as an experiment. Our clients are insurers, asset managers and banks operating under MAS, RBI and HKMA supervision, where data sovereignty is non-negotiable and every AI-assisted decision has to be traceable back to its source.
Twelve institutions across four countries run on Autothought today. In June 2026 we closed a US$5.6M pre-Series A led by Tin Men Capital and co-led by SBI Ven Capital, with participation from SEEDS, NTUitive, SUTD Venture Fund and Tenity.
You do not need prior AI experience. If you're a strong software engineer who wants to build systems where LLMs do real work under real constraints, this is a good place to learn it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-stack product engineering. Ship end-to-end features on Autothought, from the React interface an underwriter uses to the agent pipeline running behind it.
- Agent and workflow design. Build and refine the agent behaviours, prompts and evaluation harnesses that make a workflow reliable enough to run in production, not just demo well.
- Software Development. Work on scalable architectures using modern tools like TypeScript, Node.js, React, Postgres, and more.
- Product R&D. Prototype quickly against open problems in extraction, alignment and governance, and help decide what's worth productising.
- Client-facing delivery. Sit in requirements sessions, watch real users work, and turn what you see into shipped changes. Our engineers talk to clients directly.
We are seeking team members who:
- Solid full-stack fundamentals: TypeScript, Node.js, React, Postgres, or close equivalents you can transfer from.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and love working in teams.
- Self-direction. Attitude and values matter more to us than credentials. We want people who see something broken and feel compelled to fix it rather than wait to be assigned it.Are authorized to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Available full-time and on-site in Singapore for the full period, and authorised to work here without visa sponsorship.
Bonus:
- Any exposure to LLM application work: RAG, evals, agent frameworks, fine-tuning.
- CI/CD, Docker, or infrastructure experience.
