About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer Intern to join our development team. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in software development, real-world project building, and modern engineering practices. As a Software Engineer Intern, you will work closely with experienced engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain web and software applications. You will gain exposure to frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and development workflows while contributing to live projects.
What You Will Do
- Assist in developing and maintaining web and software applications.
- Write clean, simple, and maintainable code under guidance of senior engineers.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
- Support in debugging and fixing software issues.
- Learn and apply modern development tools, frameworks, and best practices.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, and design teams.
- Assist in building and testing APIs and application features.
- Work on assigned tasks and small modules within larger projects.
- Continuously improve coding and problem-solving skills through mentorship.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and at least one language (JavaScript, Python, Java, Go, or similar).
- Familiarity with web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
- Understanding of basic data structures and algorithms.
- Willingness to learn modern frameworks and development tools.
- Basic knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
