Software Engineer

About the Role We are looking for Software Developers with open technology exposure, where the focus is on strong fundamentals rather than one specific framework. If you are currently working on technologies like React.js, Angular, Node.js, Java, Python, etc., and understand core frontend or backend concepts, we'd love to hear from you.

Exp= 2-3 years

Location- Gurugram

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications

● Write clean, efficient, and reusable code

● Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams

● Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

● Debug, optimize, and improve application performance

● Adapt to new technologies and frameworks as required Required Skills (Open Technology Approach) Frontend Developers

● Strong fundamentals of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

● Hands-on experience with any modern JS framework/library (React.js / Angular / Vue.js etc.)

● Understanding of: ○ Responsive design ○ Browser compatibility ○ REST API integration ○ Basic performance optimization

● Familiarity with version control systems (Git) Backend Developers

● Strong understanding of backend fundamentals

● Experience in any backend language/framework such as: ○ Node.js, Java (Spring), Python (Django/Flask), .NET, PHP, etc.

● Good knowledge of: ○ RESTful APIs ○ Database concepts (SQL / NoSQL) ○ Authentication & authorization ○ Basic system design concepts

● Understanding of server-side performance and security Full Stack Developers

(Good to Have)

● Exposure to both frontend and backend development

● Ability to work across the application stack

● Experience integrating frontend with backend services
