Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a part - or full time equity based Software Engineering Manager. The role involves leading software development projects, supervising engineering teams, designing robust software systems, managing distributed systems, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The software engineering manager will oversee project milestones, foster collaboration among team members, and contribute to the technical vision of the company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in software development and software design principles
• Proven experience in team leadership and project management
• Familiarity with developing and managing distributed systems
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Background in cloud technologies or scalable architectures is desirable
