About The Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated
Integration Software Engineer to join our Professional Services team in Cairo.
In this role, you will work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to design, support, and troubleshoot integrations between ZIWO and external systems through APIs, SDKs, and various integration frameworks.
This role combines technical problem-solving with strong communication skills, offering a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about working on real-world integration challenges in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist clients and partners in integrating ZIWO solutions via APIs, SDKs, and other interfaces
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues with efficiency and accuracy
- Provide guidance and best practices to ensure successful deployments
- Act as the primary technical contact for integration-related inquiries and escalations
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, simple manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to address recurring integration challenges
- Contribute to improving internal processes, documentation, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles
- Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and industry best practices
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field
- 2–4 years of experience in software integration, API development, or technical support—preferably within SaaS or B2B environments
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, webhooks, and related concepts
- Hands-on experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PHP
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly in a client-driven environment
