Software / IT Project Management Intern (AI & Cloud)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Software / IT Project Management Intern who is excited about AI, cloud platforms, and modern software delivery. You will work closely with project managers, solution architects, and engineering teams to help plan, document, and coordinate AI-driven projects end-to-end.

This internship is hands-on and fast-paced ideal for someone who is self-led, curious, and proactive, not waiting for tasks but actively looking for ways to add value and learn.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Client Coordination

• Support project managers in scoping and planning software / AI projects.
• Assist with client requirement gathering (workshops, interviews, notes, follow-ups).
• Help maintain and update project trackers, timelines, and action logs.

AI & Knowledge Management

• Work with AI tools such as Foundry, Claude, Gemini, Codex / GitHub Copilot to support analysis, drafting, and automation.
• Contribute to Knowledge Base (KB) management structuring, tagging, and maintaining up-to-date documentation and FAQs.
• Use AI tools to summarize meetings, generate first drafts, and explore solution options.

Documentation & Proposals

• Draft and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and solution overviews.
• Support creation of proposals, RFP responses, and capability decks.
• Track RFPs and opportunities, ensuring deadlines, requirements, and submission formats are met.

Product Demos & Presentations

• Help prepare presentations and demo scripts for client meetings.
• Coordinate and sometimes host product demos (with guidance from senior team members).
• Maintain demo environments and ensure they are ready before client sessions.

Tools & Platforms

You will actively use and learn:

• Design & Collaboration: Figma, FigJam, Visio
• Microsoft Ecosystem: SharePoint (including basic development/customization), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents), Fabric, Power BI
• AI & Dev Tools: Foundry, Claude, Gemini, Codex / GitHub Copilot
• Cloud & Engineering: Azure services, Git-based workflows (in coordination with engineering teams)

Technical Background

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Familiarity with modern stacks is a must (academic or project level is fine):
• Languages: Golang, Python, .NET (C#), JavaScript/TypeScript
• Frontend: React.js
• Cloud: Azure Cloud (basic understanding of services, resource groups, deployments, etc.)
• Understanding of APIs, web applications, and microservice-based architectures is a plus.

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior internships, academic projects, or hackathons related to AI, cloud, or software development.
• Experience using Power BI, Power Apps, or any other BI / low-code tools.
• Interest in AI-assisted development and productivity tools.
