- Owning the full product lifecycle, from vision and strategy to execution and iteration.
- Translating complex workflows into structured, scalable systems.

- Managing and prioritizing product backlogs based on impact, not noise.
- Designing efficient, scalable workflows across products, ensuring operational clarity and system coherence.
- Collaborating closely with engineering, UI/UX, QA, and stakeholders to ensure execution excellence.
- Defining KPIs and measuring product performance.
- Identifying bottlenecks in operations and transforming them into structured product solutions.
- Using AI tools for research, documentation structuring, requirement refinement, and decision acceleration.
- Raising the overall product thinking standard across the company.
Requirements
What Makes You a True Senior (Required)
- 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of production systems.
- Demonstrated experience owning complex B2B or operational systems, not just consumer-facing features.
- Ability to operate across multiple domains and quickly understand new industry workflows.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset (you think in flows, not isolated features).
- Strong ability to convert messy operational realities into structured product frameworks.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs.
- Proven ability to prioritize ruthlessly and focus on high-impact initiatives.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (for research, documentation, competitive analysis, requirement drafting, etc.) in your daily workflow.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to create clear, structured documentation.
- High ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes, not just output.
- Intellectual honesty and adaptability, able to challenge assumptions, welcome strong debate, and decisively shift direction when better insights, data, or strategy emerge.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience working with CRM-like systems, preferably in education environments.
- Experience in multiple sectors, specially Education, with direct exposure to university admission systems, student lifecycle management, enrollment funnels, and agent-based recruitment/commission models.
- Experience with multi-tenant systems and role-based access models.
- Exposure to data-driven product decision-making.
- Experience working in fast-scaling environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) beyond surface-level rituals.
