Software Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects across software development or digital initiatives. The candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery (initiation execution closure)

Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Manage cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, vendors)

Track project progress using tools like Jira or MS Project

Identify risks and implement mitigation plans

Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and senior management

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources

Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

Ensure adherence to quality standards and governance frameworks

Handle change requests, documentation, and reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

58 years of experience in IT project management

Proven experience delivering software or infrastructure projects

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project

Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc)

Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

Experience working with international or remote teams
