Position available in both our branches; Egypt and Riyadh
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software projects from inception through deployment and post-launch maintenance.
- Establish clear project scopes, roadmaps, sprint goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning within project team across Dev, QC, and UI/UX design teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, client representatives, and executive stakeholders.
- Deliver regular, transparent status reports, dashboards, and metrics to stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, technical dependencies, and bottlenecks early; develop effective mitigation and contingency plans.
- Enforce quality standards and definitions of Done in close collaboration with technical team.
- Manage scope changes through structured change-control processes to prevent scope creep while maintaining team momentum.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and continuous-improvement culture within technical teams.
- Refine internal delivery frameworks, workflows, and tools to maximize efficiency and maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from Faculty of Computer Science or Engineering
- From 10+ years of experience
- Domain Experience: Background in managing enterprise software integrations, web and mobile app development.
- Leadership & Influence: Ability to guide cross-functional teams without direct line-authority.
- Adaptability: Comfort operating in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous tracking of deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to manage competing priorities, resolve technical friction, and unblock engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a track record of effectively managing client and leadership expectations.
