Core Responsibilities

Own delivery outcomes across the full CORE portfolio, including scope, schedule, quality, and margin.

Run a delivery operating cadence that surfaces risks early, enforces accountability, and accelerates decision making.

Implement and enforce change control so scope changes are captured, estimated, approved, and commercialized.

Partner with technical direction and QA to define ready for client acceptance and to enforce release readiness gates.

Own capacity planning and resource allocation across projects, including hiring requests and utilization targets.

Lead executive level client delivery conversations, including tradeoffs, timeline negotiations, and acceptance disputes.

Coordinate with ARK (Product) and Academy to ensure reusable work is routed into ARK and training rollout is planned when required.

Attend, and lead when required, client delivery milestones, kickoffs, handoffs, etc.

Required Experience

Six to twelve years of delivery leadership in software, product, or complex systems environments

Ownership of a portfolio of projects, not only single project management

Proven ability to protect margin through scope control and contract aligned change management

Comfort leading multidisciplinary teams that include engineering, 3D production, and QA

Experience with XR, real time 3D, devices, or simulation is a strong advantage
