Execute Manual/Automated test cases to verify acceptance and analyse results.
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Ensure that products function properly and meet business needs by setting up test environments and developing and executing test cases.
Identify, log, track, and report defects and issues, ensuring timely verification of resolved items using JIRA.
Ensure that testing commitments are met and communicate potential impacts clearly to the Senior QA Engineer Lead.
Continuously identify product enhancements and provide feedback on usability and serviceability to developers and designers.
Report on test cases and help troubleshoot issues.
Required Experience
Experience in manual/automation testing of web, mobile, and API applications.
Preferred: Experience in EdTech, training management systems, services testing, and automation.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Good knowledge of testing APIs using Postman.
Ability to conduct User Journey Tests (UJT) across product teams.
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications/Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Design, Management Information Systems Engineering, or a related field, or relevant direct job experience.
Minimum Experience
At least 2-3 years of experience in software testing, preferably within the EdTech sector.
