Job Description

We are looking for Quality Assurance (QA) to join a well-known Islamic Bank in Egypt. the Software Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that products and services meet established quality and safety benchmarks. This role is responsible for developing standards, identifying defects, and driving compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain quality and safety benchmarks aligned with industry regulations and organizational goals.
  • Design and execute test plans to validate performance, reliability, and compliance.
  • Detect, document, and categorize issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Define scope, methodology, and criteria for product/service evaluation.
  • Conduct systematic reviews to assess quality processes and identify gaps.
  • Partner across departments to align quality objectives with operational needs.
  • Conduct IT Internal QA Audits for ISO9001:2015 (QMS), and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, compliance, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing quality standards, audits, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry benchmarks, and defect tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and drive effective resolutions.
  • Leadership experience in mentoring QA teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
