Software Sales Account Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Software Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in UAE . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and acquiring new customers in UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing UAE customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and acquire new customer logos.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable software solutions and services.
• Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in software and IT solutions account management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, IT Service Management (ITSM), security solutions, and AI technologies.
• Mandatory experience working with customers in UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
