A&A Associate LLC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Software Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to promote and demonstrate Ledgers. cloud, our cloud-based Accounting and CRM platform.
The ideal candidate will conduct product demonstrations, manage customer relationships, understand client requirements, and support the sales process while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations of Ledgers.cloud Accounting and CRM software.
- Understand customer requirements and explain software features.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle sales inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Support customer onboarding and implementation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve sales targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in software sales, customer relationship management, business development, or customer success.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and tax filing.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct software demonstrations confidently.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with accounting software, ERP, CRM, or SaaS products.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax is an added advantage.
