Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective customers in target markets through outbound calls, emails, networking, and social selling.
Deliver compelling product presentations and software demos tailored to potential clients HR needs.
Collaborate with internal product and onboarding teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with prospective clients, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback using CRM tools.
Continuously develop a deep understanding of HR tech trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in SaaS/software sales, preferably in HR tech or B2B environments.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong consultative selling and problem-solving mindset.
Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting.
Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools.
