We are seeking a dynamic and driven Software Sales Consultant responsible for selling software solutions, engaging with clients, understanding business needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

Job Specification:

  • Commercial Execution: Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through networking, industry events, targeted meetings, other channels maintaining regional expansion goals.
  • Optimize CRM: Handles existing pipelines, automate workflows, create reporting, and ensure data quality for predictable growth.
  • Client & Partner Engagement: Act as a trusted commercial advisor to prospects and partners. Navigate complex client needs, coordinate proposal development, and manage follow ups with the key decision makers that convert, and ensure that the sales cycle is governed, position our solutions effectively within different industries.

  • Sales Operations:

Introduce sales activities, optimize outreach and account segmentation.

Arrange the customers visits for the sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Work closely with the pre-sales, technical, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Strong communication and negotiation skills (Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets).

  • Analysis & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status in the CRM.

Prepare regular reports on contracts, pipeline, and client feedback for senior management.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in sales, specifically within the digital transformation or software solutions industry. (preferably in SaaS)

Proven track record in Sales, including lead generation and closing deals

Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

CRM Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience in CRM (pipeline setup, automation, reporting).

Advanced English Proficiency.

Great Communication & Negotiation skills.
