Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Junior Sales Representative. The Junior Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, generating leads, presenting the company's software solutions, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also includes negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives will also be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales techniques, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze customer needs
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Sales Tracking Systems
- Results-driven mindset and ability to meet or exceed targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the software industry, is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Strong organizational and time management skills
