Job Description

We are hiring a Software Sales Manager to drive growth for a leading enterprise SaaS business. This role is focused on selling software products and platforms into enterprise clients, with an emphasis on revenue generation, pipeline ownership, and deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Sell enterprise SaaS products to mid-market and large organizations
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across target sectors
  • Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to drive adoption
  • Deliver product demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations
  • Work with marketing and SDR teams to generate and convert leads
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in software / SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of closing new business and hitting quota
  • Experience selling enterprise software solutions (CRM, ERP, platforms, etc.)
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive deals independently
  • Experience working in target-driven, high-growth environments

Preferred

  • Exposure to GCC markets
  • Experience in fast-scaling SaaS or VC-backed companies
  • Background in B2B enterprise sales
