We are hiring a Software Sales Manager to drive growth for a leading enterprise SaaS business. This role is focused on selling software products and platforms into enterprise clients, with an emphasis on revenue generation, pipeline ownership, and deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Sell enterprise SaaS products to mid-market and large organizations
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across target sectors
- Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to drive adoption
- Deliver product demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Work with marketing and SDR teams to generate and convert leads
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
Requirements
- 5–10+ years in software / SaaS sales
- Proven track record of closing new business and hitting quota
- Experience selling enterprise software solutions (CRM, ERP, platforms, etc.)
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive deals independently
- Experience working in target-driven, high-growth environments
Preferred
- Exposure to GCC markets
- Experience in fast-scaling SaaS or VC-backed companies
- Background in B2B enterprise sales
