Role DescriptionCodeZone is seeking a Software Sales Representative for our Alexandria and MaadiGiza branches. This on-site role involves engaging with potential customers, presenting CodeZone's software solutions, generating leads, and supporting clients throughout the sales process.
The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and eager to grow within the software industry.
Responsibilities- Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and follow-up communication.
- Contact potential clients and schedule meetings to introduce CodeZone's solutions.
- Build and maintain an updated customer database.
- Understand clients basic business needs and recommend suitable software solutions under supervision.
- Gain knowledge of CodeZone's software features and assist in preparing presentations and product demos.
- Support in preparing commercial offers and sales proposals.
- Organize daily tasks, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure consistent sales activity.
- Participate in team meetings and share updates on leads and opportunities.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports summarizing activities and new leads.
- Record all client interactions, visits, and tasks in the company CRM/database.
- Use social media platforms to promote company services and training programs when needed.
- Make outbound phone calls to introduce services and generate leads.
- Assist in maintaining positive long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up on payments and coordinate with the finance team when necessary.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in software, IT solutions, or ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of ERP or software solutions is preferred (training will be provided).
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Able to work independently with guidance from the Sales Manager.
- Ability to work on-site at either Alexandria or MaadiGiza branch.
- Willing to travel for client meetings when required.
