About the Role: Focus Softnet is seeking a highly energetic and driven Software Sales Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring sales professionals to kickstart their career in the enterprise software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and effectively communicating the benefits of Focus Softnet comprehensive software solutions (ERP, CRM, HRMS, SCM). This role requires a keen interest in technology, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, online research, social media, and responding to inbound inquiries.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their initial needs and introduce Focus Softnet offerings.
  • Product Introduction: Learn and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Focus Softnet software products (ERP, CRM, HRMS, SCM) to potential clients.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for senior sales consultants or pre-sales teams.
  • Needs Identification: Participate in discovery calls and meetings to help identify client challenges and requirements.
  • Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotations under guidance.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Learning & Development: Actively participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry understanding.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, business development, or a customer-facing role. Candidates with a strong aptitude for sales and technology are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Telugu and/or Hindi is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a persuasive personality.
  • A keen sales expertise in enterprise software solutions (ERP, CRM, HRMS).
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and sales methodologies.
  • Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
  • Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Any prior internship or project experience in sales or business development.
  • Knowledge of the Hyderabad market and local business landscape.
