Software Sales Executive – Kuwait (Remote)

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Kuwait (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Software Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Kuwait market. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B software sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping businesses adopt innovative software solutions.

As a Software Sales Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, manage the complete sales cycle, and achieve revenue targets by promoting our software solutions across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the company's presence in Kuwait.
  • Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B software sales or SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Kuwait market and business environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
  • Valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage.
