Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office (WFO)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Software Sales Executive to drive business growth across the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping businesses adopt innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in B2B software sales or SaaS sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client relationship-building abilities.
Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a WFO environment.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid driving license is an advantage.
