We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Team Leader to lead and support our software sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B software licensing sales, including security and productivity software such as Kaspersky, Microsoft, firewalls, and other IT solutions. This role requires excellent leadership, technical knowledge, and a strong track record in meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of software sales specialists to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the licensing business for products like Microsoft, Kaspersky, and firewall solutions.
Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Monitor team KPIs, sales pipelines, and forecasting reports to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and software vendors/distributors.
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to tailor solutions and proposals.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with licensing terms, pricing structures, and vendor programs.
Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
