Royex Technologies is a Dubai-based Mobile App and Website Development Company delivering innovative digital solutions across multiple industries. We are looking for a Software Solutions Sales Executivewho can combine strong sales skills with technical understanding to identify client needs, present suitable solutions, and close business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for mobile app, web, and software development services.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the technical team by understanding client requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Conduct client meetings (onsite and virtual) to gather requirements and present Royex's services and solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and basic technical documentation in coordination with the technical team.
- Deliver product and solution presentations tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation demo negotiation closure
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, client records, and reports.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Basic to strong understanding of software development, mobile apps, and web technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and client interactions efficiently.
- Minimum 12 years of UAE Sales experience in technical sales, IT sales, or a client-facing technical role.
- Experience in selling IT services, software solutions, or CRM will be an added advantage.
Compensation:
- Monthly Salary: AED4,000 to AED6,000
- Sales Commissions: 5% to 10%
