Purpose Of the Job:
To validate cutting-edge automotive embedded systems. You will be responsible for designing test setups, executing manual and automated tests, and ensuring functional safety, security, and reliability across domains such as telematics, high-performance computing, AI-driven features, and real-time OS environments.
Responsibilities and Duties
– Build, configure, and maintain hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) test benches.
– Integrate ECUs, power supplies, communication interfaces (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), and measurement equipment.
– Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python
– Execute manual and regression tests for Infotainment, digital clusters, SoC, and AI-based features .
– Telematics : Validate connectivity (4G/5G, Wi-Fi, GNSS), V2X, OTA updates, and eCall functionality.
– Safety : Conduct ISO 26262-compliant tests (fault injection, failure mode verification).
– Security : secure communication tests and authentication checks.
– Integrate test suites into CI pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
– Use Vector CANoe for bus simulation, diagnostics (UDS), and distributed system testing.
– Log defects in tracking tools (JIRA, Polarion), analyze logs, and support developers with root-cause analysis.
