Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of low-code developers
- Manage project delivery, resource allocation, and development timelines
- Design and oversee scalable solutions using low-code platforms (Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, etc.)
- Establish and enforce development standards, governance, and best practices
- Oversee integrations with enterprise systems, databases, and APIs
- Conduct code reviews and ensure solution quality, security, and performance
- Act as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and the development team
- Resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in low-code platforms
- 2+ years of team leadership or technical management experience
- Strong expertise in at least one major low-code platform
- Experience with SQL databases, APIs, system integrations, and application lifecycle management
- Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, or similar technologies is preferred
