We are seeking an experienced
Technical Lead to drive the design and development of scalable fintech solutions for a
BNPL startup in Saudi Arabia. The role is hands-on and focuses on technical leadership, architecture, and delivery while ensuring compliance with
SAMA regulations and fintech security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and architecture for scalable, secure fintech systems.
- Provide hands-on leadership through coding, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
- Drive best practices in .NET Core, Angular, microservices, cloud, and DevOps.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Support Agile delivery and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with SAMA and industry standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, with 12 years in a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer role.
- Candidates must be located in Saudi Arabia.
- Mandatory experience with Fintech BNPL companies.
- Strong understanding of SAMA regulations.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and Angular.
- Experience with microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and distributed databases.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.
