Software Test Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Testing Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our applications through manual testing, API testing, and contributing to automation efforts when applicable.

Responsibilities:

* Perform manual testing on web and/or mobile applications.

* Design, write, and execute test cases and test scenarios.

* Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or similar.

* Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking systems.

* Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure product quality.

* Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback from a QA perspective.

* Support regression testing and release validation.

* (Plus) Contribute to test automation scripts when applicable.

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience in software testing.

* Strong knowledge of **Manual Testing** concepts and methodologies.

* Hands-on experience in **API Testing** (Postman, REST APIs, etc.).

* Basic understanding of **Automation Testing** (Selenium, or similar) is a plus.

* Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

* Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication skills.
