Software Tester

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance. 

• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). 

• Experience testing web applications and mobile applications. 

• Strong experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, and UAT support. 

• Ability to analyze requirements and identify test scenarios and edge cases. 

• Experience writing clear and organized Test Cases and Bug Reports. 

• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools. 

• Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools. 

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Strong attention to detail. 

• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers. 

• Good written and spoken English. 

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.). 

• Knowledge of responsive testing across different browsers and devices. 

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. 

Responsibilities

• Test web, mobile, and dashboard applications. 

• Review requirements and create test scenarios. 

• Execute functional, regression, and smoke testing. 

• Report, verify, and track bugs until resolution. 

• Perform cross-browser and responsive testing. 

• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure product quality. 

• Participate in sprint planning, review, and QA discussions. 

• Help improve the overall QA process.
