Müller's Solutions is actively searching for a knowledgeable Software Testing Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for
- Adapt training methods to different learner needs and skill level
- Design and deliver training programs aligned with learning objectives
- Facilitate learner engagement and interactive training sessions
- Assess learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content
- Deliver testing training for neuro-diverse candidates
Technical Skills & Areas of Expertise:
- The instructor must be able to deliver high-quality instruction in the following areas:
- Testing Types: Functional vs. Non-functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and UAT
- Methodologies: Waterfall, V-Model, Agile/Scrum
- Test and Design Black-box (Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis), White-box, and Experience-based testing
Requirements
Requirements:
- A Bachelor in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- ISTQB certified
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Testing
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional training
- Knowledge of inclusive employment practices and workplace accommodations
- Prior experience as an instructor, trainer, mentor, or teaching assistant
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently
- Comfortable teaching beginners with little or no data background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience delivering long-running or cohort-based programs
- Industry experience translating theory into practice
