Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Alexandria, Egypt, with some flexibility for working remotely. The Soho Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying business opportunities, and driving account growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling account management tasks, maintaining customer service excellence, generating leads to expand the client base, and communicating effectively to meet client needs and achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive growth
  • Proficiency in understanding and addressing customer needs
  • Prior experience in fintech, sales, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
