Solar Designer cum Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Solar Designer cum Sales professional to join our team. The role combines technical solar system design with sales support and client engagement. Candidates who can contribute to sales will have the opportunity to earn additional commissions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop solar PV systems based on client requirements and site assessments.

Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and documentation for proposals and installations.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.

Conduct or assist with site visits when required.

Support the sales team by providing technical proposals, presentations, and quotations.

Participate in client meetings and assist in closing sales to earn commissions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (preferred).

Experience with solar design software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar tools.

Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Sales experience or willingness to engage in sales activities is an advantage
