Develop and maintain a deep understanding of corporate banking processes, systems, and technologies
Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions tailored to meet the specific requirements of corporate banking clients
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and architectural designs
Design and document solution architectures at conceptual, logical, and physical levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards
Provide expertise in microservices architecture, agile methodologies, DevSecOps practices, and cloud platforms (both private and public)
Define integration strategies and patterns, utilizing technologies such as API, REST, SOAP, MQ, XML, ESB, Gateways, and data integration frameworks
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring clear understanding of architectural decisions and implications
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on corporate banking solutions
Demonstrate strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years of experience in solution architecture within the banking domain
Strong background in banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector, with a comprehensive understanding of corporate banking processes and systems
Experience in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures, utilizing agile methodologies, and adopting DevSecOps practices
Proficiency in cloud platforms (private and public), with hands-on experience in architecting solutions for cloud environments
In-depth knowledge of business applications, including channel systems, core banking platforms, integration middleware, and data management solutions
Expertise in integration technologies and protocols, such as API, REST, SOAP, MQ, XML, ESB, and API gateways
Proven track record of delivering high-quality solution architecture deliverables, including conceptual designs, technical specifications, and architecture documentation
bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying and addressing architectural challenges
Business management skills, including the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and priorities
