Job Description
The role involves tasks such as providing application support, system administration, troubleshooting, technical support, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure smooth operation of applications and cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Support deployment and configurations in the mobile application platform.
Operate & Monitor Web & Mobile Applications.
- Monitor collaborations environment for anomalies and errors, reporting and escalation of issues.
- Provide the required daily support, maintenance, and management of the platforms.
- Provide Level-II support and prepare escalation toIT Development and Executive Management Team.
- Forecasts system demands and recommends upgrades, expansions and reconfigurations.
- Develop and maintain high standards in establishing procedures and policies to address routine jobs and certain resolution protocols.
- Attending Customer Complains in a timely manner maintain section's KPI.
- Documentation, follow-up and Maintenance of released Applications.
- 24x7 Tier 2 support.
- Report Application performance information to the Line Managers.
- Exposure to Networking, Windows Administration, and other infrastructure applications.
- Extend support for domain related applications within the section and comply sections rules and policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science
- Hands-on Mobile Applications (Android and iOS)
- Experience with Microsoft azure Kubernetes.
- Databases fluency MySQL DB, Oracle DB, MONGODB
- Unix Shell / PL SQL Scripting skills.
- Oracle WebLogic or similar middleware such as NGIN
- Web servers knowledge Apache Tomcat, iPlanet, IIS
- Fundamental Network Level knowledge is necessary
