Solution Architect & Project Manager-Oracle Primavera Unifier

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Primavera Unifier Solution Architect & Project Manager to lead end-to-end PMIS implementation programs and drive successful project delivery for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle Primavera Unifier implementations from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Act as both Solution Architect and Project Manager, owning solution design, delivery governance, stakeholder management, and execution.
• Conduct business requirement workshops and define implementation roadmaps.
• Design and review Business Processes (BPs), workflows, forms, data elements, shell structures, dashboards, reports, and print templates.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
• Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Lead integration and data migration initiatives involving Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EBS, SAP, Primavera P6, Aconex, and third-party systems.
• Manage onsite and offshore teams, ensuring quality delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Build strong client relationships and engage with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of IT/PMIS consulting experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Oracle Primavera Unifier implementation experience.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience.
• Proven experience delivering at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Unifier implementations.
• Strong expertise in PMIS, Project Controls, Cost Management, and Capital Projects.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, XML/JSON, Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EBS, SAP Integration, and Reporting & Analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Oracle Primavera Unifier Certified Professional
• PMP
• PRINCE2
• Primavera P6 Certification
• Agile/Scrum Certification

Ideal Candidate:

• Senior Manager, Associate Director, or Solution Architect level professional.
• Capable of independently leading USD 1M+ Oracle Unifier implementation programs.
• Experienced in managing CXO-level stakeholders and global delivery teams.
• Strong combination of functional consulting, solution architecture, and project leadership expertise.

Industry Experience Preferred: Construction, Infrastructure, Utilities, Energy, Transportation, Smart Cities, or EPC sectors.
