Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Telecom BSS (Business Support Systems) to design and deliver end-to-end solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of TM Forum standards, integration frameworks, and hands-on experience with CRM, CPQ, Billing, and Order Management systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 12 years experience in solution architecture, preferably within the telecom domain.
- Strong understanding of telecom BSS design concepts and architectures.
- Proven experience with TM Forum frameworks, including eTOM, SID, TAM, Open APIs, and ODA.
- Hands-on experience in designing solutions involving CRM, CPQ, Billing, and Order Management systems.
- Proficiency in UML design and modeling techniques, including BPMN process modeling, ER diagrams, sequence diagrams, and state machines.
- Prior experience in roles such as CPQ, Order Management, or Integration Developer, Systems Designer, or End-to-End Solution Architect.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, orchestration, and end-to-end telecom product workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preference for candidates residing in Riyadh with a transferable Iqama, enabling immediate or smooth onboarding.
