Solution Manager

Local integrated-solutions backbone of the KSA subsidiary, leveraging local operator and partner resources to manage resource alignment and after-sales closed-loop for carrier-type business, while supporting the delivery of integrated solutions.

1. Design and support integrated solutions for ICT projects, working with the team to deliver solutions.
2. Leverage local operator resources (stc, Mobily, Zain, etc.) to manage resource alignment, commercial coordination and after-sales closed-loop for carrier-type business such as leased lines, internet resale and cloud.
3. Develop and maintain local partner and supplier resources to strengthen collaboration with local integrators and operators.
4. Support the sales team in local customer development and relationship management.
5. Handle day-to-day communication and coordination with operators and partners to improve delivery responsiveness.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecom or ICT industry in Saudi Arabia / Middle East, including at least 3 years at a telecom operator or a company deeply partnered with operators.
3. Possess local operator resources with at least 3 close operator / OTT partnerships.
4. Capable of integrated solution design and support, familiar with ICT services such as enterprise networks, cloud and leased lines.
5. English as a working language; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
6. Result-oriented, with strong communication, coordination and customer relationship skills.
7. Strong sense of ownership with a proactive and timely response mindset — able to follow through and close the loop on project and customer needs promptly, without shifting or deferring responsibilities.

These are permanent headcount positions within the company. Specific job grade and compensation are subject to negotiation. Requirements may be moderately relaxed for outstanding candidates.
