We are seeking a Solution Sales Expert Cloud & Infrastructure Transformation who can translate this breadth of expertise into strategic growth and long-term executive partnerships across the Saudi market.
What You Will Do
Account Ownership & Strategic Leadership
- Serve as the Cloud & Infrastructure Transformation solution owner within assigned strategic accounts, owning the end-to-end cloud relationship.
- Develop and execute multi-year cloud account strategies aligned with enterprise IT modernization agendas and ICG growth objectives.
- Act as a trusted cloud transformation thought leader, shaping executive cloud roadmaps and hybrid infrastructure strategies.
Customer Value & Transformation
- Lead value discovery sessions across cloud migration, hybrid cloud, infrastructure modernization, managed services, and outsourcing models.
- Assess current-state IT landscapes, identify cost optimization and scalability gaps, and design prioritized cloud transformation programs aligned with Vision 2030 and national digital transformation initiatives.
Pipeline & Revenue Growth
- Identify, qualify, and expand cloud transformation opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Build and forecast a strong cloud pipeline and drive opportunities from executive discovery to close.
- Drive whitespace expansion and multi-year cloud platform and managed services growth across public and enterprise sectors.
Innovation & Cloud Go-to-Market Leadership
- Position cloud modernization as a strategic enabler for AI adoption, automation, scalability, cybersecurity, and operational resilience.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives for advanced cloud capabilities including hybrid environments, cloud-native architectures, modernization programs, and infrastructure optimization strategies.
Executive Engagement & Commercial Ownership
- Develop executive-level ROI business cases focused on agility, cost efficiency, scalability, risk reduction, and long-term value realization.
- Lead complex pricing discussions, contract structuring, and long-term cloud and managed services transformation agreements.
Adoption & Governance
- Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and delivery teams to ensure cloud adoption and measurable value realization.
- Lead QBRs focused on performance optimization, consumption governance, cost control, and expansion opportunities.
Ecosystem & Partner Collaboration
- Collaborate with global and local systems integrators and consulting firms operating in KSA Deloitte, PwC, EY, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, etc. & other Saudi SIs to co-develop joint cloud transformation opportunities and accelerate customer outcomes.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Orchestrate advisory, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, managed services, and delivery teams to ensure disciplined execution across the full transformation lifecycle.
What You Bring
- 10 15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience within KSA.
- Proven success selling cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, managed services, or digital transformation services in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience closing complex, multi-year cloud and infrastructure transformation programs locally.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with local and global SIs operating in KSA (Deloitte, PwC, EY, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, etc.).
- Strong executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT leadership in the Saudi market.
- Deep understanding of Vision 2030 and national digital transformation priorities.
- Arabic & English fluency required.
